IMAGINARIUM Creator Camp

Imaginarium Creator Camp is a community project wherein participants create and star in their own imagined movie. Combining physical art with green screen performance and artificial intelligence generated imagery, this fast paced exploration in group creativity and the magic of childhood imagination explores play at a grand level. Collaboratively led with Elise Voigt, IMAGINARIUM ran from 2021 - 2023 creating over a dozen films.

Campers focus on

their own specific interests…

…whether it’s illustrating and animating creatures and sets for the movie, writing and developing the plot, or rehearsing and acting to become living characters within the film! —- Campers explore co-creation of a group film project combining hand-drawn animation and illustration with live-action acting performances on greenscreen.

This creativity intensive explores the imagination through a group film project combining drawing, painting, acting, performing, storytelling, and costume design.
